ABOUT BRANNON

​

Brannon is an Arizona Native, born in Phoenix, and grew up in the West Valley. Brannon graduated from Agua Fria Union High School and has lived in Goodyear for over 17 years.​

​​​

Brannon works for Edward Jones as a Financial Advisor. He helps families and businesses with investing, retirement, job transitions, and financial planning. Prior to Edward Jones, Brannon worked for Arizona Public Service (APS) for over 18 years. During this time Brannon has performed various roles including: Nuclear Assurance Auditor/Evaluator, Maintenance, Performance Improvement  and Project Manager.

​

Brannon was elected to his first four-year Council term in 2017 and is finishing up his second term.

​

He is a proud father of three amazing kids.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Brannon has volunteered his time over the years in the West Valley with various non-profits such as the Agua Fria Food Bank, Young Life, Be A Leader and several faith based non profits. In 2016, Brannon was honored by APS for volunteerism and community commitment.  

​

Brannon was a  Board Member for Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA) for three years. ASBA supports small businesses through education, networking, support resources, and public policy.  

​

He currently serves on West Valley Chamber of Commerce, the FAIR Committee for the National League of Cities, and the Budget, Finance and economic Development Committee for the Arizona League of Cities and Towns. He volunteers on the Arizona Service Project Advisory Board (Home-Arizona Service Project-a nonprofit in Avondale AZ) and as a board member for Sierra Winds (Explore Our Life Care Retirement Community | Sierra Winds).

Brannon has mentored youth, provided meals for the needy, and cleaned up parks in and around the city of Goodyear.

​

Brannon was a Member of the 2025 Goodyear General Plan Committee. He is a 2016 graduate of Goodyear Citizens Academy. Currently, he represents Goodyear on the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Economic Development Committee, Maricopa County Community Development Advisory Committee and the City Council Audit Subcommittee.
